The time dollars conundrum (5830) revisited

Back in February the funny church was in charge of serious world relations and said funny money = salvation, of a higher order than time dollars and good works, which are a training ground for serious people and good pr. The funny church was the institutional issuer of time dollars.

Today I put the Inquisition in charge, creating funny world as a fantasy game it's nominally against, but destined for a life of its own, which was nominally true from the start. If funny world claims religious authority and protection, that's even funnier as a creature of the Inquisition, while increasing the Inquisition's mandate to destroy it.

The players themselves will choose funny world and funny money, while the complicit Inquisition organizes the opposition.

In this new scenario funny world retreats further into fantasy land, while the Inquisition takes the serious nonprofit role and interface with serious world.
