Funny money regulation
Ideally we reward humor with funny money, which would measure funny production and make funny people rich. We can develop a rough consensus on what's a one-dollar joke or a five or a ten.

At games and parties there's a chance that inflation may set in, so we limit each player to creating $100/hour ($200 if naked).
