Taking mbf seriously is OK. Taking it as a joke OK. We can have it both ways. The true believer act is the same in either case, and if we believe it we don't have to act. We are also passionate and saved. The world will laugh at such naive believers, pursuing a delusion. So it's funny from the start.

The true believers may conflict with those who treat it as a joke, who cynically exploit the religion. Yet they play the same part, practice the same behavior. Their dialog will generate deep lessons.
