Well, I bought that one whole for about 24 hours. This was a direct appeal to my soul. Talk about sneaky! What could be higher? Yes, the soul lives in a state of abundance, and this is where I want to be. What's wrong with this offer? It actually woke me up, stirred my soul. Fortunately the world sent a distraction to interrupt this development, and I had my suspicions anyway. The Serious One was at it again. Well, of course. Abundance is serious. So is the soul. In the big picture, they are beyond funny, and belong in the divine and infinite realm sought by all religions. What a potent temptation! What's wrong, says the engineer, is infinity. Connect it directly to earth and you've got trouble. We don't go from zero instantly to infinity. There's a whole funny level in between. Infinite energy is just as bad as zero energy. We have to work up. Funny is a buffer between heaven
and earth. A ladder, maybe. It taps energy from above and dissipates
it harmlessly.
