Vol. 2: Bringing the Grail to Earth


Volume 2 has its origins a year into the grail quest, when Grail Dollars made their appearance, bringing in a series of games and inventions that bridge the gap between the grail world and the one we know.

We can't expect people and cultures to change to meet the future. Our minds are made up for a lifetime and our institutions are even more durable. The grail must come to the world that exists and provide abundance through existing channels.

This turns out to be no problem. While the grail may be unacceptable as truth, it can cater to a wide audience as fiction or humor. And games follow their own rules and get people actively involved. The grail's royal road into the culture is as entertainment.

There are also opportunities in the more serious yang bastions of business, politics, economics and computers. What do you get when you combine the grail and computers? Artificial wisdom.

Our world transformation is being forced by technology, an area where change is the norm, and computers are leading the way into the future, so it is not surprising that the grail should be there. The combination is quite different from what we might expect, since it brings us into the act in an essential way. The computers are driven by our desires...

The computer field is young and flexible enough to adopt grail principles if they produce abundance. Computers can change faster than we can. Then they can spread these principles of abundance throughout our society.
